Globdule 100%?

I am trying to find a 100% working crack of Globdule. Both the Crystal crack in Gamebase 2.0, and the WHDLoad Version seem to be non-100%.

When playing the Crystal adf crack, when I finish world 2 "castle" (the left second world), I am not getting a password and the world select screen is not shown. This means I am stuck in the level select screen. I expected more from Crystal.

When playing the WHDLoad version, tested using Help to skip levels, I get the same issue, but already at the end of world 1.

Is there a 100% crack somewhere?

I cant believe I'm suggesting this, but didn't Methodgit say he cracked this and did it 100%

Edit: do a search for marzsyndrome globdule, whether it is 100% I don't know, he did brag at the time

Do you tried older slave WHDload version than 2.0?

version 2.0 (07.01.2021) done by JOTD:
- protection screen completely skipped

Skipping protection is never good option for protected game.

Thanks for pointing me to the marzsyndrome crack, it is part of TOSEC. I will have to check later worlds, but a first gameplay try seems promising it might be 100% indeed.

I usually trust Gamebase 2.0, but here it can't be trusted.

I don't know why this keeps happening to me, but almost every time I try to seriously play an Amiga game, I run into issues with non-100% versions, bugs in WHDLoad, etc.

I wish there was a definite 100% collection where all these problems can be avoided. I guess back in the day, nobody bothered to seriously play these games.

I'm not sure the marzsyndrome crack was out when I did GameBase, so it's quite possiblew the crystal crack was the only one available at the time..

Protection Screen was skipped in v2.0 slave and re-instated in v2.1 slave.

I was running v1.1-B slave and it wouldn't progress past the first game screen to the next level.
I updated to v2.1-B install and it's doing the same thing?

Maybe this game has later extra checksums too.
Anyway after reading slave readme can be possible skip to level 5 minimum.
Of course skipping level is not equal to normal play, and something can be missed.
But this is long game, over 4 hours to play then perhaps WHDload version can be not fully tested.
For most cracked games, always extra checks on later levels are problematic.

Does this happen to both the PAL and NTSC version? I can test tonight. So level 2 doesn't let you go on to the next level? Is that what the issue is?

this old post about the Crystal crack leaded me to what seems the correct way to play it :

doing this, the game seems working here

also, in that way the later levels passwords are accepted in the main menu (pressing F2)

I played the MarzSyndrome crack through to the end of level 5 (World 1) after working out exit level and opening doors.

This doesn’t work if you actually use a password. My problem is that I enter my password to start in world 2, but then I can never exit world 2 and also I don’t get the password for world 3 at the end of world 2. The Crystal version is just broken. The MarzSyndrome version works 100% for me so far. I got to enter world 3 without problems after finishing world 2, and I correctly got my password at the end of world 2 (something that doesn’t work with the Crystal crack). I haven’t played through the game yet, but so far MarzSyndrome works.

this is getting interesting, cause here i have reached world 3 with both Crystal crack (filling the boot password check code field instead of just skip it as mentioned in that post) and Whdload

also strange the obtained level passwords are working in both

but im just using WinUAE

No. IPF files are useless for real Amigas. Only good crack or good WHDload version. Also this game has manual protection.
