first posting, later joining??

Its a little bit curious.
How can it be, that a user has joined with EAB in August 2008, and has posted to a thread in January 2008.?

I dont want Problems for any user, is it possible from any reason?

I think the most likely explanation would be a user who registered (presumably in January) had his account removed because he only posted a couple of times and didn't log on for months, so registered again in August when this happened and presumably RCK linked all his old posts to his new account.
