DMA USB on the Amiga?

I have an A4000 and a CyberStormPPC card w/SCSI. I also have a Prometheus PCI expansion.

What's the story with getting DMA USB on the Amiga? The DENEB supports it but it seems it has to be busmaster UNLESS you have a buster -9, which seems to be buggy anyway. I don't mind disabling on-motherboard SCSI altogether if that solves it and can be done.

Can I get the same results via a PCI USB card? Are there any other options? Goal is fastest speed and minimum CPU usage, not price.
