Weird screen behaviour with Winuae version 4.3.0

I just updated to the latest 64-bit version of Winuae and now i am having problems with my screen. If i run the Winuae window any larger than 800x600 the icons on the workbench disappears halfway outside the screen. Even if fullscreen mode it does that.
I have tried all kinds of settings and filters but i am stuck at using a small 800x600 window to be able to see the whole screen. What am i doing wrong?

Can you provide an example config and log? I run 4.3.0 all the time larger than that and see no such behavior.

You could try "starting all over" by using the quickstart option.

BTW you didn't tell us what version of the OS you used. 3.1, 3.0
2.x, 1.x ??

Not much information but first try setting filter mode to "no scaling". Attach screenshot if it still happens.
