Commodore 64c

I just picked up a boxed Commodore 64C Light Fantastic pack.

The 64C has an orange and yellow name label on the bottom left of the keyboard where it would normally say Commodore etc...

The label looks well fitted maybe even factory standard. Why is this?
Has a past owner added it or is it standard fit?

Attachment 11043

It doesnt have anything on top, but underneath I can see the embossed Commodore. The machine has not been opened as the warranty sticker is A1.

Ah nothing like the Datel stickers on mine, possibly just something the last owner stuck over.

Can u see if anything is underneath that bit looks like someones just stuck some contact or something plastic over the top! I still have the layer of film over my A1200 badge and it's staying on

you could buy a broken c64c(or just the case) off ebay and maybe use a hairdryer to get the badge off and put it over yours (if the c64 original logo isn't underneath already)

The badge should should show 'commodore' in a coffee and cream colour.
I regognise the orange juice carton, but can't quite put a name to it.
Maybe it's a cutting of the old Um Bongo drinks container

Yeah there should just be a Commodore 64 bage in a nice brown/creamy colour.

Nothing exciting no idea why it's orange other than someone had an accident with the original and then put that over it to cover it up?
