ADF to Amiga problem

First post so bare with me,

I am trying to extract ADF files onto my A1200 from my PC , The problem is that some ADF files won't unpack , I get an error adfReadRootblock error , I am sure that this is a problem with the way the ADF has been created (non standard?) as i can succesfully extract some adf's with a variety of tooks (adf2disk, adf blitzer, amiga explorer (registrated version), adf opus) but none of them can deal with certain adf's Ultima5 , Blood Money for example. Are there some adf's that cannot be written back to real Amigas?


Also I have found a WHDload version of ultima 5 and I can get that to play however the main terrain graphics are corrupted , Is this a compatability issue with the A1200? I have read some where about AGA fix issues?
