Difference in vsync modes

Assuming I'm running 50hz with no buffering, I'm curious as to what the difference is (if any) between 'low latency vsync' and 'low latency vsync 50/60' ?

I feel the first option may introduce slightly more input lag and the 50/60 option may introduce a frame skip on rare occasion.. although it's very hard to tell for sure

Only difference is that 50/60 will switch refresh rates automatically, 50<>60 (or 100<>120) when Amiga refresh rate changes (PAL/NTSC).

Why the option to choose?

Seems a bit pointless having one that doesn't change the refresh rate.

I can think of one case; would be handy when capturing video of something that has both 50 & 60Hz parts.

It allows you to force some specific refresh rate. If for some reason you don't want to use normal 50/60 (or 100/120) refresh rates.
