sixth sense investigations

I have installed the disk version of sixth sense investigations aga on Winuae (emulated A1200 with HD). The game works but without music or sfx. Is this how it should be?

I am using a german version with a crack intro. Starting the game shows the crack intro, afterwards a message pop up, not enough memory is available, even if booting without startup sequence.
I have edited the starting file and removed the line which calls the crack intro. Now the game runs without a error message and music in game plays.

One thing remains. There are only a few sound effects, like open door. but no ringing sound of the phone. Is this normal for the disc version?

Hello PiCiJi,

I advise you to test the demo of Sixth Sense Investigation (I have put the demo in the zone) : if the demo and the full game haven't the same musics and sounds, that means the adf are bad

I have finished this short, buggy adventure. There are countless bugs, mostly visual ones. But one bug kills the game after getting more than 24 items. So I have modified a savegame file. I wonder if the CD version suffers from these bugs too?

Hi, I know that there are many bugs within the game. I know since I am the gfx artist for the game. But the programmer wanted to release the game in a shorter time-frame then some other members of CineTech liked wanted. Probably if I got my way the game would never be released, so it wasn't a bad call taken by the lead programmer

And hopefully be able to remake the game again in a version without bugs and better gfx.

thanks,

sixth sense investigations

Thanks. I know it could've been better, but this was a team effort, so it wasn't my call. Eventhough I didn't make a lot of money with it, I am happy to see that still some people liked it.
