Writing adfs

Hi,

How do you write to an adf in FS-UAE?

It seems that by default it won't change the original file, so when you copy stuff it shows up in FS-UAE, but when you try to use the adf on another machine you just get the original disk...

Thanks anyone who can help!

Yes, this is the default behaviour of FS-UAE.
Look in your save-states folder, you will find the modified adfs there. (Documents/FS-UAE/Save States).

You can change this behaviour by putting "writable_floppy_images = 1" in your config file.
However, if an adf is already present in your save-states folder, it will still use that one instead of the original one.

This behaviour originated to keep the original game disks untouched, but it's super annoying for any "real" productivity work on the Amiga.
