KyroFlux - What do I need to get started?

Aside from the board itself, what do I need to get started with KyroFlux, reading 3.5 and 5.25 floppy disks, and what do those pieces do?

The quickstart document and the manual supplied with it are also worth a read. And I am not saying this because I wrote them...

Unless they happen to be online, that's not going to get me anywhere - I want to know what I need before I buy stuff.
