Pfs3aio ????

I want to update my HD to PFS3 and have read thread after thread on PFS3. I guess I'm an idiot because I cant figure out how to use PFS3AIO. There all kinds of threads discussing using PFS3AIO but none that describe how. Any IDIOT GUIDES out there for an IDIOT???

This is not an idiot's guide, you need to do the legwork to fill in the blanks, but here's the steps to switching to another filesystem.

1) copy all your files somewhere else
2) install pfs3aio to the RDB with the Add/Update button on the partitioning screen in hdtoolbox (this is done once per hard disk)
4) use the dostype 0x50465303 when it asks since you're using pfs3
5) use the Change...-button on the partitioning screen to set pfs3 as the filesystem in the partition(s) you want (File system custom and dostype PFS\3, you should have typed the hex in correctly in step 4)
6) save the changes to your disk in the main window of hdtoolbox
7) reboot and reformat these partitions
8) copy files back
