68040 and 68060 CPU more complatible settings

CPU more complatible can be set and saved for these CPUS, but the saved state is not shown when the configutarion file is loaded.

Checked some old releases and also happens.

JIT + 68040/68060 does not support more compatible option. GUI incorrectly allows it but config validation fixes it correctly.
