Hi Bloodwych,
First thing I would like to say is 'thank you' for your packages, very well done. I just would like to comment about a couple of things, Black Crypt..it's screenshot image used for the igame application is 640x512, and throws out an error when I try and load the game up. I replaced the screenshot with one of mine and it is working now - see upload part about this. Also do you know of any way to load Buggy Boy? It keeps freezing where I have to reboot, I've tried your A4000 Power, A1200 020, A1200 020 naked and some other configurations. Just can't seem to get it to work without it freezing, tried NOCACHE, NOMMU, NOVBR etc in the tooltypes. Superstardust also has a problem, It works if you use FPU and JIT, but then you get graphical glitches appearing, especially on the first boss fight. I am using WinUAE 2.3.3.0 If I turn off FPU and JIT the game has no graphical glitches but now it goes to a black screen after a level which ends the game. I have added some screenshots to the games too for the igame application, I can upload them if you are interested. They are all title screen pictures from the games, but they work fine in your A4000 Power and A1200 020, I have tested them. Your idea of using HDFs for separate workbench configuration was excellent. Never really thought about doing it that way. Anyway, keep up the good work Bloodwych; it really was a nice surprise to find your package. Thanks for the feedback Hillsy and the kind words, much appreciated.
I'm not working on ClassicWB at the moment, but when I do I will look back at this thread and use the info you've provided. You may want to re-created the config files that come with the UAE pack as they may be out of date for the latest WinUAE release. |
