Converting a A520 PAL to NTSC

Does anyone know how to convert the PAL based A520 to NTSC?

Don't bother, the picture quality is so bad that you can barely read text. It's basically unusable.

My recommendation would be to get yourself a SCART to Component converter.

I'm not concerned with the text. I just need it for the boot error code colours.

No such beast in NTSC land. Scart basically doesn't exist unless its ultra high end import stuff in North America.

your only real choice is to actually use a Amiga monitor.
I presume you are using a PAL 520, because you have a PAL Amiga. If you use a NTSC 520, it will be B&W, so your only real choice is to use a Amiga Monitor.

I think Hewitson meant using an Amiga RGB to SCART cable with a SCART to component converter, not an actual SCART monitor.

I'm actually using an NTSC A2000. The A520 is PAL.

I'm actually using an NTSC A2000. The A520 is PAL.
I can always send you a NTSC A520, contact me off list through my website or PM me. I have a few for sale.
