Getting TinyLauncher to work with the Minimig core for the MiSTer FPGA?

I am completely new to the Amiga and thus do not have a clue of the workings of the computer. I have a MiSTer FPGA system and am using the Minimig Amiga Core, i have managed to install Workbench 3.1 and am wanting to use my WHDLoad Collection of games along with Tiny Launcher for easily selection of games.

I have downloaded the tinylauncher.lha file which contains an exe and readme file but i have not idea on how to get tinylauncher to actually load. I would like tiny launcher to load when Workbench has loaded but i cant even get tinylauncher to load up manual.

Can some one give me basic instruction on how to achieve this please!?
