Well, if you had said A1000 (or any other desktop Amiga), rather than A600, I'd have said an Amstrad Mega PC doesn't look entirely unlike said Amigas.

There is PD Amiga version of Sonic but it's not similar to any official version (single screen playfield, badly drawn Sonic).
