This for me. Although like most remixes of classic tunes it lacks any kind of impact, lacks the charm of the original and is just weak.

The reason why Amiga tunes were so great were the limitations of the chip. We don't need to go into it here obviously but it created charm in tunes. Like early hardcore & jungle where sample time was at a minimum, the available memory was used creatively because it had to be. Take all that away and these remixes pale in comparison.

The intro is ok. I don't really think it should have been torn apart (just like I've done above ) but that's the nature of the passion in the community. Classics getting rehashed will always take a battering if they don't do real justice.

Anyway who wants to see some Dan Malone pixel art done this year?
