Build WinUAE - cannot find FLAC/all.h

Hello
I cloned the WinUAE source from github, https://github.com/tonioni/WinUAE
But when I build winuae I get Error C1083 Cannot open include file: 'FLAC/all.h': No such file or directory (compiling source file ..\..\archivers\chd\chdcodec.cpp)

I haven't been able to find any guide on how to build WinUAE, so I don't know what I am doing wrong, here are my newbie questions:
I open the Visual Studio solution from folder "WinUAE\od-win32\winuae_msvc15" in Visual Studio 2017. Is this the sln I am supposed to use?
Are there other prerequisites needed to build WinUAE? Like, do I have to download/install anything else to get FLAC/all.h?

Lots of questions, hope someone can shed some light.

I'm guessing you might need FLAC libraries (libflac?) - For Github and Sourceforge building from source on Windows I've recently got msys2 ( https://www.msys2.org/ ) it definitely makes life a lot easier than doing it from an IDE....

http://www.winuae.net/files/b/winuaeinclibs.zip contains all external dependencies, pre-compiled library files and headers.

Thanks Toni

This is great! Still have some problems though:
- Cannot open source file: '..\..\aros.rom.cpp': No such file or directory
Maybe I can live without this one, but if some kind soul would point to where I can find it or upload to the zone, that'd be great!

- Cannot open include file: 'D3dkmthk.h': No such file or directory
This seems to be related to DirectX/Direct3D and I tried to find something to add to the Visual Studio 2017 installation, but didn't help. Any suggestions appreciated!

I finally pushed quick compilation instructions (originally written by Zilog) to source tree (in od-win32). It will list required downloads.
