Just ask the author of the mod you want to use. If contact fails just use it.

If you want a mod for your game just ask around. Do you need limited to 2 channel (for ingame use?) and how long should it be?

That would be brilliant!

Looking for a variety of music, I have 2 different PD projects on the go at the moment

Bruce Lee for amiga and a yet to be named project on win/linux

When you say a load of stuff, is there too much to upload/email?

I would really like to have a listen to it, its hard to say in words what would fit!

if you could send a selection (or all??) that would be amazing

You can find 3 modules in the Zone which may fit your Bruce Lee game. I found them on modarchive.

Really nice music, but am I free to use it?

I really don't want to use anything without the authors permission

I think if you don't want to sell your game just write who author is.

It's better to be careful and don't use them unless you have permission or they are GPL. There will be no problem but you will avoid some serious bashing by internet incognitos, like you stole this iff and this mp3 and sh1t like that because it will happen for sure if music is good.

Some MODs have a message in them showing contact or permission to use. Most msgs are written in the SAMPLE NAME field. You can use DeliTracker or Eagle Player to read them.

I think this is what you're looking for: http://indiegamemusic.com/

I believe much music there is free for non commercial use with the composers approval.

Here are some you can use if you want, they are quite old, most of my more recent work has been for Mr Beanbag. The first mod here is the original title music i wrote for Mr Beanbag but i never used it in the end.
