A bit of enlightment here :

Great Courts 2 was the european/french release first release, Pro Tennis Tour 2 was the name change given by ubisoft for the US release (they also released the game under the name Pro Tennis Tour 2 in Europe, abandoning Great Courts 2 as a name).

Both games were issued in 1991, none of them were released in 1994.

Yup, usually one is the European / rest of the World release and the other is the US release

When growing up in Australia the game I played on my A500 was "Great Courts 2" so that's what I use in WinUAE for nostalgic reasons.

There's probably no difference besides title screens, but I may be wrong...

I would say it is a more or less legal compilation, released by some big names in the public domain (Active Software, 17-Bit, Sadeness)

Yes, someone to change the bootblock to bypass the menu and immediately start the game.
