Because Starquake needs optimisation, that was promised two years ago, after its release. I do not think it is non-understandable. But I stop posting in this thread, I promise.

Okay, I must break my promise just to report Lives trainer does not work. It probably uses the built-in cheatmode, that also does not work: if you lose a life, the lives counter resets to full 5 lives, but the actual life is lost and the game is over after you loose all 5 lives, although the counter displays 5 lives remaining.

Please fix trainer for lives. Starquake is very hard game :-).
