scalos/wb top menu

Anyone knows how (i can't find the setting) when you right-click on Scalos-Workbench top menu you don't have to have the right mouse button pressed all the time ? but operates like the popup menu ? (and if this can be made default for programs too , like personal paint)

I'll add this as another user selectable option that can be disabled or enabled, if it runs ok through my strict testing!

Thanks Thomas!
