Strange a600

hiyaz im new to this forum but i hav aquired a very strange amiga 600. i wonder if anyone could help me?.

my a600 has 512k fast ram. and 0k of chip ram. i dont think this is normal is it?. im trying to get protracker 2.3D to run but it refuses to

ps i upgraded the kick start rom to 3.1 since it wouldnt use IDE atall

It is not possible to have 0k of chip RAM in a working Amiga. Please start a shell, type avail and take a screenshot for us.

Your Amiga is totally normal and you have 1MB of Chip RAM, the rest is being eaten by whatever shit you loaded in Workbench.
