Nomad-like NES Player
Akira or Retroman- Look. Ever heard of this? Seems it's a Nomad type thing for the NES.
I found it here: http://tripoint.org/kevtris/nes/gameaxe.html |

And notice the game played on it is "Tekken 2"
Brazil has like DOZENS of unnoficial NES clones, plus a few official ones. Want a list? Phantom System (By gradiente, the guys behind the MSX Expert model), Bit System, Dynavision 1, 2 ,3 & 4, Gunboy, Polystation 1 & 2, Turbo Game and a dozen more. |

The wacky world of non licensed gaming machines is fun indeed, guys. The names are funnier.

Waiiiit. What is the keyboard used for?? The NES never used a keyboard, Retroman!! Nice cannibalization of the PSX pads....but once again, NES never used so many buttons. |

There are some games and educational programs on that cartridge to use with the keyboard, like some typing exercise and (like Kodoichi said ) two Basic Variations

My friend once had a system called a "Good Boy." It ran both NES and Sega Master System cartridges.

Yep I knew of the Gameaxe. it's the last handheld I want to get! But recently it's been sold out in all the import places I know.
Here we get shitloads of funny NES clones (like the N64 pad) and pirate NES and Genesis games. My most treasured pirate shite is a cartridge of Somari for the NES! It's worth a shitload on eBay, I got it for 15 smackers. |

That N64 controller we have it here too.
HEY! This NES with keyboard looks like our "Magic Computer" It´s a rather popular computer, that looks like an A500, with a 386 processor, some basic built-in programs (Word editor, calculator, basic and stuff like that) , printer port , and it also had a slot to put NES cartridges and 2 joypads!! I was always PISSED OFF when people came at my house, see my Amiga and said "Hey! That´s a Magic Computer" Our "Polystation" looks exactly like a Playstation, with PSX joypads, and the Polystation 2 looks exactly like a Playstation 2 with the joypads too. The Polystation 2 is SO similar to the Playstation 2 that nearly got me. |

Update:
Ok guys, another portable NES. But while the GameAxe is practical and a neat little unit..this guy has just gone into severe excess mode. http://www.buyneonlights.com/jim/index.htm |
