FS: A500, A1200 Accelerators, SCSI & FAST ATA Mk3 for sale
Hi all,
After 20+ years of being involved with the AMIGA, I've had a serious clearout and have the following items for sale. All items have been "SOAK" tested (unless stated) to make sure they are rock solid stable. I suggest for the 040 a heavy duty PSU is used (I used a 250W PC PSU adapted for the AMIGA) to ensure you don't have any power related issues when these are on full chat . The P&P is guestimated for registerd/ signed for UK mainland delivery only or can pick up from NW Kent/ SE London area (Bromley) and if you do, I'm happy to show any of these items working before you buy. 1) German version of the Typhoon 030 accelerator (inc. MMU) with 68882 FPU and 32MB RAM running at 42Mhz. This works a treat, however one of the clips on the DIMM socket is missing - but this does not impact it i.e. the DIMM is held in tightly and does not come loose! £75 + £6 P&P 2) Apollo 1240 overclocked from 25 to 32Mhz with full 040 (FPU, MMU) and 32MB RAM. This has a high quality PC copper fan and is rock solid at 32Mhz under full load. Battery has recently been replaced for a Maplins item. £150 + £6 P&P 3) Phase 5 Blizzard 1240 T/ERC with full 040 (FPU, MMU) overclocked from 40 to 44 Mhz with 32MB RAM. This has the original fan which I plugged into the +/- supply for the floppy drive for its power. Inc. manual. SW available online. £225 + £6 P&P 4) A5000 accelerator for the A500/ A500 Plus by Solid State Leisure. This has an 020 & FPU running at 16.67MHz plus 4MB of 32 bit RAM and plugs into the 68000 socket and is software switchable, it also comes with the original software disk. I've yet to test this but it was working around 12 years ago when last used. NOTE: This accelerator is not DMA friendly and when used with the A590 hard drive, I used the excellent "DMAFIX" to get over this issue. £50 + £6 P&P 5) ELBOX Fast ATA 1200 Mk 111 (it maybe the IV, need to check), this is the full monty version that comes with all the MACH chips installed and speeds up IDE performance big time on the AMIGA 1200. Comes with v8.4 SW disk, cable, manual. £70 + £6 P&P 6) Phase 5 Blizzard Mk IV SCSI controller suitable for the 1230, 1240 or 1260 boards by Phase 5 or DCE. This comes with 32MB RAM, the rear 25 pin adapter/connector for extenal SCSI devices, manual and SW disk. £80 + £6 P&P I plan to put these items on a well known auction site next week, however I thought I'd give the folks on EAB first "dibbs", so if you are interested PM me. I have other items available i.e. DataFyler SCSI adapter for the A1200, Power Computing Buffered IDE adapter and a high speed serial adpater for the A1200, plus for the A500 an A590 hard drive (with internal SCSI disk, not sure what size it is) inc. PSU, disks & manual. I've attached some pixs of the items for sale. Regards, viz17 (Amiga nut since 1989) |
