The problem:

I haven´t seen it on ebay
There is no online shop that sells it
There is no "real" shop that seels it

So what should I do?

Softwarehut seems to be the only online shop who has the game for sale but that means it has commercial value still :/

Unfortunately, the Software Hut web pages are not really updated. The majority of what's listed, especially software, is not available. About the only thing they can get anymore is Jen's new hardware and old stock A4000T's. I know this because I have been talking to them and have an order in to them right now for thousands of US bucks of hardware.

To complete this thread: It took about a week until I received the game.

It is a burned CD. I had to make a new copy of it because the original CD did not run in my old 2xMitsumi PCMCIA-CD ROM Drive

There is a little problem with the CDDA -track: after a while an error appears (requester)and the game switches from the game screen to the workbench screen. You can switch back easily but if you have bad luck the games is over then (too many misses).

I do not know if there is a patch for that.

But: After all I think that it is a great game (quality like Bubble Heroes)

So are this company selling illegal copies of the game or was it just that the duplicators/distributors were so strapped for cash that it was always sold on a burnt CD?
