just gets more and more awesome.... except for the annoying console game coin pickup noise, that needs shot in the head.

I really Hope that this project will come to an end. Give Chris Huelsbeck the key for the music department and alongside Torben, this could be the ultimate shooter ever made on the Amiga. You could propose it to Evercade or Retrogames to be bundled with the upcoming full sized A500 they are planning to release.

And don't forget Souveran Soccer of course (dont forget Olympique Marseille on this one) .

Have some two channel tunes from the old Sandruzzo Proxima, want to try those to see if fits? (beside the audio mixing of course)

@all
Thanks, guys

@Predseda
Bullet canceling and turning into bonus items upon launcher destruction is a pretty common Danmaku mechanism. One that feels veeeery satisfying

@Silverstreak
Per tile would be a bit too much to ask for

@DisasterIncarna
Maybe I'll extend the audio menu by some more options.

@sokolovic
It will surely take quite a while until this becomes a complete game. First things first - and thinking about the music department or distribution strategies will be more towards the end of the project.

@saimon69
Some great stuff on your channel! PM sent

@all
For now I've put this project aside. Hopefully Torben finds some time to continue drawing soon.
End of next week I'll continue with Souverän Soccer.
For convenience, here's the playlist to all those recent WIP videos:

Why limit yourself to spheres when you can have hundreds of animated independently rotating bullets at 50 fps on a stock Amiga 1200?

Impressive. I hope this project turns to a final release. I'll be on the front line to purchase it. After all, Battle Squadron is my favourite vertical shoot-em-up on the Amiga.
