It's quite logical, well at least to me... if the numbers on the normal keyboard don't work then you try the numerical keypad.

Also, what would happen afterwards if say the game then requires the normal keyboard numbers for something in-game? Oh, but they've been reconfigured now...

Anyway, nothing more to be discussed here.

How does one press number pad keys (emulated) when there's no numberpad on my laptop? Is there a modifier key I can use in WinUAE?

For example with Gobliiins:

You can press <Shift> + <1>, which seems to do the same as pressing <1> on the numeric keypad, and English will be selected

If you want other games to test with, I think the Ishar series also require the numerical keypad to select language.

Well, I managed to squeeze out another pack before the year has ended

So here is the first part of "Update Pack #33"

Details are as follows:

1 configuration update:
... Sensible World of Soccer 2020 [modification].uae

1 game update:
... Raid Over Moscow [preview]

1 new "cheats / hints / level codes / manuals / maps / walkthroughs" addition:
... Hannibal

10 new game additions:

Code:
Chaos in Andromeda - Eyes of the Eagle
Dylan Dog 14 - Il Bosco degli Assassini
Greg Norman's Shark Attack - Ultimate Golf
Hannibal
Recoil [Atari ST conversion]
Relics of Deldroneye - Falcon and the Medivians
Relics of Deldroneye 1.5 - Return to Zantis
Relics of Deldroneye 2 - Island of Debreen
Sword of Aragon
The Secret of Monkey Island [demo]
This now brings the total number of games in my collection to 2950

This will definitely be the final Update Pack of the year

There are way more 3D flight scenes in Wings then the side missions which better represent the game..

Either way. Up to you..

HAPPY NEW YEAR....

Hacker and Hacker II very much are classics in my opinion.
I played Hacker II a real lot (one of the few hard games i completed and also made a walkthrough).
I'd really appreciate if they'd be added sometimes.

However thanks for the nice updates DamienD and
Happy New Year Everybody!

Agreed with the hacker games. I was glued to them on the 8bits, and love them on the Amiga, warts and all.

Honestly, I can't decide between the two screenshots- they both look good to me.

Given the news by earok here related to Raid Over Moscow... attached is the latest / fixed version

Please just do the following:
  • Delete the <gamedir> "C:\WinUAE\Games\Raid Over Moscow".
  • Download and extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE".
