APoV print edition

So, dear EAB horde. I'm seriously considering making print copies of APoV available to buy. My question to you is, would you be interested in buying and reading a(nother) printed magazine? Or are Amiga Addict, Amiga Future, and Retro Gamer enough for you?

Think of this as a bit of preliminary market research, so I don't end up with an attic full of unsold copies.

APoV #5 has a banded mongoose in it, if that helps at all.

(Not a live one, obviously. That would be stuuupid).

Okay, good response! So I'll print 5 copies, inc one for the cat I don't have. The next Amiga show is gonna be lit!

To the wise soul who wanted to know more about the mongoose:

The banded mongoose (Mungos Mungo) is a mongoose species native from the Sahel to Southern Africa. It lives in savannas, open forests and grasslands and feeds primarily on beetles and millipedes. Mongooses use various types of dens for shelter including termite mounds. While most mongoose species live solitary lives, the banded mongoose live in colonies with a complex social structure.

In the case of this particular banded mongoose, after a spell at Juilliard he went into TV, playing minor roles as a mongoose in a number of drama series. It seems though that the celebrity life wasn't really for him: too much superficiality and not enough bugs. He moved back to Tanzania and is a very happy mongoose.

APoV is an Amiga magazine. The name means Amiga Point of View.

I haven't bought a print magazine since the Canadian print deal for North American subscribers to Total Amiga Monthly fell through. Sorry.

English language? Then quite probably. I haven't (yet) seen APoV in any form, so I'll go looking. Found them and downloaded! So is it the intention to carry on with the biennial issues?
