[Sorted] Folder positions wont get saved

Hello,

iam using AmigaOS 3.1.4.1 on an Amiga 1200 with ACA1230/42.

When i have only a few subfolders in a folder and i choose "sort bei name" (Inhalt aufräumen nach -> Namen) and then "fix all" (Fixieren -> Alles) everything gets sorted and saved correctly. So when i close that folder and open it again all subfolderpositions are sorted like they were saved.

So far so good. But do i have a folder with many many subfolders this do not work. I get everything sorted, so it looks good. I can "fix all". But if i close the folder and open it again all subfolders are unsorted like they would never got sorted and fixed... WHY??? Is it a stackproblem or a memoryproblem? Do AmigaOS 3.1.4.1 cannot handle so many folders???

Cheers
Sid
