Hehe...I remember watching the "Deathbed Vigil" videotape once with a friend and laughing my ass off at how the Amiga techs were burning an effigy of Medhi Ali in a bonfire. While not essential, it is valid viewing for real Amiga freaks who want to see home-made videos of the real Amiga team at work and play and dealing with the corporate stupidity of CBM. Those guys seemed as disillusioned at CBM's cluelessness as we 'fanatics' were!

Twistin-I'd heard of this video but had never seen it-did they ever make mention of secret designs for top Amiga replacement hardware but got nuked by Ali,Gould & co.?
I heard the AGA chipset,(or AA), was for instance just a stripped down version of the AAA chipset? |

It's been awhile since I have seen this video, but I do remember seeing some equipment that never appeared. Follow this link:
http://www.mmhart.com/amiga.htm and go to the Downloads section. There's some mpegs there from Haynie's home video collection that he shot on the last day before CBM closed up shop. And there's some other nice goodies there as well. |
