Artist of the Drakkhen box cover?

I wonder if anyone knows who created the excellent cover art for Drakkhen? I remember seeing this piece in a gaming magazine a long time ago and being awed by it. It might just be my favourite cover art of all time.

I think Olivier Ledroit. But if you look closely to the picture, it is signed something like GAZA'89 (?)
Signature is on the step bellow the altair.

The cover art for Drakkhen is signed "Caza '89" and was done by Philippe Cazaumayou. He also did the cover art for Kult, which is in a similar vein. He may well have created illustrations for other Amiga games, but I have no idea which ones. Anyway, hopefully the name of the artist will now give you some peace of mind!

Interesting. I didn't know he did game covers.

I knew him through some book covers he did for the "J'ai lu éditions" (pocket book publisher).
I took a quick picture of some sci-fi books I had at hand:

He may also made some covers for fantasy books (which would be closer to the Drakkhen cover), but I don't think I own any.
