Company was:
Lake Forest Logic ADAPT assembler 1.0

ADAPT (HX68). This is the update to CAPE (author has moved on to ADAPT), and it comes with
no built-in editor. It is a standalone program, has ARexx support, and
supports 68020 opcodes (maybe 030 & 040, but I only played with it a day or
so). It does not support the new syntax that Motorola has defined. This is
better than all the above, but still can't compare to Macro68!

I found this info here:
http://www.verycomputer.com/2_faed1e67ca046048_1.htm

"That would probably be Adapt. As best I can remember, GVP took over the
product line (the company name escapes me) that included Adapt, but seem
to have buried it. "

Slightly off-topic... Does anyone actually use the "new" motorola syntax? I don't think I've ever seen it used in the wild

I always use it. Better readable IMHO.

I you mean new and not GNU then yes.
It is often clearer and you kinda need it for 020+ features anyway.
