Restore saved emulator state at startup

When we launch WinUAE, it would be great to have the ability to recover full emulator state (hardware conf, CPU registers, memory dump, disks inserted, ...) saved during the last WinUAE exit.

It is already possible.

If "statefile_quit=<file.uss>" is in config file, statefile is written when emulation is closed.

statefile=<file.uss> config line will load state when config is loaded. Combined with use_gui=false it will start immediately, without GUI opening.
