TV Tuner for PC to connect my Amiga via Scart cable.
Are there anyone here who uses a tv tuner card for the PC to connect their Amiga?
I need a good card that can both handle DVB-T and connect my Amiga via my RGB to Scart cable. Thanks. Volt. |

I do not know any tv tuner with scart input,it seems they don't exists
but there are tons tv tuners with svhs input I connect my A1200 to my Lifeview tv tuner via SVHS and the quality is amazing The image is much better and sharper than my commodore 1084s monitor + the plus of zero flicker in high res screens I use DSCALER as main program ,it's the best by far also you have there lot of deinterlace filters to use Last edited by clauddio; 11 June 2012 at 07:48. |

It's for connecting the Amiga to the tv tuner card.
How is the quality of the picture when going from the composite port in the Amiga to S-VHS in a TV Tuner Card? And CLAUDDIO how do you connect your Amiga to the TV Tuner Card? Comp to S-VHS? Thanks. Volt. Last edited by VoltureX; 11 June 2012 at 13:31. |

To connect the amiga via SVHS you need something like this adapter http://www.amigamaniac.com/RGB_to_PAL_NTSC_adapter.html or you can make your own svhs adappter using this http://aminet.net/docs/hard/S-Video_A1200.lzh (I connect my A1200 with it) The tv tuner you posted will work of course, however I'm not sure if will be compatible with DSCALER Last edited by clauddio; 11 June 2012 at 14:02. |

I would go with S-Video if possible. Other than that I used to use Phono Composite on my A1200 and S-Video on my CD32. |

Is it possible to go from Comp in Amiga to S-VHS or Composite in the TV Tuner card? And how is the quality of that?
Thanks Volt. Last edited by VoltureX; 11 June 2012 at 15:51. |
