DOpus 4.x and ERROR #8000000B

I have an Amiga 4000 with 68040 25Mhz Commodore CPU module.

4GB SanDisk Ultra CF IDE

2 partitions created using HDTOOLKIT from 3.1.4

DH0: = 1GB and DH1: = 3GB

Set MaxXfer to 1FE00

If I try to run any 4.XX version of DOpus I get ERROR PROGRAM FAILED (Error #8000000B) Wait for disk activity to finish.

The only software I have installed is WB 3.1 and ASIM CDFS 3.9

Dopus version 5 works

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Any dopus meaning the final public release 4.16JRbin or the later beta ones pre 19,20,21?

If you’re running plain 3.1 you need a later version of setpatch. I think this one works, or get it from OS 3.9 or 3.1.4.

There is a "SetPatch" problem that requires the presence of the FPU, replace it with the one recommended by Joel_w
The error is caused because the FPU is missing.

Copied set patch from 3.1.4 on my A1200 and now all is right with the world!!
