I would only agree with this sentiment if it meant that AmigaDOS 3.1.4 and its successors (3.1.4.1 and potential 3.2) would move over to Cloanto and they would pledge to continue to support the development.

Now, the results are available (and as usual the Court of public opinion makes a different decision than the Court of Law):
1) The trademark case has been stayed pending resolution of the contract case 2) The parties will not be ordered to participate in alternative dispute resolution. |
