New Wireless Keyboard Adapter

From Teemu Leppänen on the facebook Commodore Amiga Group:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/Comm...5361254664157/

"I have designed a wireless keyboard adapter for Amiga 500 that can be plugged directly into the keyboard connector in the main board.
In this prototype, somewhat retro PS/2 keyboard is connected to Amiga wirelessly. Although there is of course also a version with a detached Amiga keyboard connected wirelessly.. ;-)
The PS/2 keyboard requires scancode translations from the PC world to Amiga, of which currently the main keys and features are supported.
The adapter works with... two types of wireless radios, which I have only briefly tested with CLI and other Workbench apps. I have yet no idea about the possible radio interference with Amiga operation. At least, its best to put the radio outside the metal shield. I am working on a smaller receiver-side PCB inside Amiga and also an transmitter-side device to connect a keyboard.
I am planning to write a detailed magazine article about the project. And perhaps later publish the finished design and code in my repo:
https://github.com/t33bu/"

Of course, if like me you prefer a wired adapter, check out this thread by Kipper2k:

Sorry, you have to wait a bit for the design docs, since I am planning to publish the project first in a magazine.

I want this, a wireless Amiga keyboard+mouse that via switch (or magic hotkey) can jump between different Amiga systems
