Btw, there is another update to AF version 8.0.8.0 available now under "Help/About". Enable "Early access" and check for updates. Make sure that Amiga Forever and the Software Director are not blocked by your firewall.

thx, mike from cloanto also mentioned 8.0.8.0 early access. i'm gonna skip early access.
because i don't have any problems at the moment so i prefer to wait for official release.

Thanks for this, but it leaves me with a somewhat bad feeling... I run Mac stuff mostly, and even though I can't use AF8 without firing up Windows in a Virtual Machine, I have bought their releases and bought this lifetime deal. Mostly to support them, and it seems I may have supported the wrong horse. Well, at least I did buy two A1200 copies of 3.1.4 from Hyperiorion so maybe my error is offset some.

But yes, I bought it originally to feel "legal" with using FS-UAE on the Mac. Although I haven't touched the 'configuration' of this for a long time and I no longer even remember how it was all set up and where those ROM images came from, but at least I could say I paid for a copy.
