I search examples of code using lowlevel.library and lowlevel_ext.h,
analogue joysticks and rumble motors.

The AmiArcadia emulator also uses the features you listed, so its source code may be helpful: http://amigan.1emu.net/releases/AmiArcadia.lha

I've never used it, but I did find a complete list of all the functions and their descriptions in the RKM:
