Of course an A500 is much more compatible if you play plain disk games. Don't discuss it with Akira. You can't win!!! Get the A500 and everything is fine.

You'd be made to swap A600 for A500.

I will most likely be getting an a500 from DoogUK, i will just wait for any pics and the cost and then my a600 will most likely go up for sale

Pics as promised, it has a 512k expansion with a on/off switch so you can turn it off for maximum compatibility.

I have another boxed one in that condition with a very early serial number...even has the original garuntee's and everything...
