Thanks for the contribution. Scans have all been uploaded to the HOL. Can you provide a slightly larger image of the diskscan? (it was not included in the rar file so I used the image in your post above.)

I found a game HOL doesnt have so here I present..... Pinocchio CDTV *UNRELEASED* !!!

Pinocchio is an interactive platform game with digitised speech. The story told in 36 chapters. The Story: GUI, Graphics, Animations, English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Potuguese audio.

Only made it as a Preview so only has English Speech (including music, audio effecs) but playable game.
