I guess it's possible to have a game with a 50 hz main loop yet every single screen object moves slower than 1 pixel per frame, but I think this would be extremely rare.
This is actually not so rare: a few games scroll and move sprites at 50Hz but redraw Blitter objects at 25Hz.

Assassin from Team 17 does that for example (https://www.team17.com/team17s-100-g...games-history/).

hi guys, I just signed up and only saw this post now, I find it really nice... I don't understand if there is a problem in my system or some titles incorrectly report fullscreen.
titles like: leander, beastlord, giana, harlequin, shadow of the beast I-II-III, r-type, in my system are not in fullscreen...
someone can confirm?
other titles like McDonald Land,Naughty Ones,Risky Woods are fullsceen but i have to check the refresh yet

They might be in NTSC resolution, 320x200 so to be also sold in US; if you have a kickstart above 2.0 try to force NTSC resolution and see if this improve things

Most Amiga games aren't full screen = 320x256 or bigger resolution. Mostly due to avoid performance problems or because they were Atari ST conversions.

All these games you've listed have a screen display size of 320x200 on an Amiga; PAL at least.

For 320x256 PAL games not being fullscreen: Could be wrong scaling settings in WinUAE.

I don't use filters, I use a resolution of 640x240 for almost all the games apart (apidya, fighting spirit and other games that would otherwise have too much oversan) in that case i use 640x288

640x240 isn't enough for the few PAL fullscreen games anway. You cut a bit of the image.

Use 640x480 (Double Line mode) in WinUAE for Amiga games that are 320x200.

Use 640x512 (Double Line mode) in WinUAE for Amiga games that are 320x256.

Yep, escially when you output to a real CRT TV/monitor. Line mode single would make the most sense (then you get the proper TV scanlines). 384x288 custom resolution, if you want to play the PAL overscan stuff too (like The Settlers).

no game is cut if set to 640x240, I see the cut if I go below 240, for example 224 and if I set some games in ntsc

Of course you are. Some PAL games uses x256 or higher (e.g. The Settlers is x272).

Set a 320x256 resolution, line mode single and everything is fine. Make sure the custom graphics card driver output this resolution properly too.

do you think that putting leander 320x256 or 640x256 I have the fullscreen? if I remember correctly I have already tried with that resolution but at 60hz, do you think that adding the same resolution at 50hz changes things?

Yes, in 50Hz you will get a fullscreen. If you can't output 50Hz somehow, then try the NTSC game version of Leander in 320x240@60Hz.
