BridgeBoard hard-file download
Hello,
I am installing a 2286 BridgeBoard in my A2000. I remember that some years ago I created a virtual hard drive on the Amiga HD -a HardFile- and installed MS-DOS (maybe v3 or v5) and Windows (maybe version 3.x). I took me a long time to copy each floppy. I was wondering whether someone in the forum knows where I can find a HardFile with all the basic DOS programmes, to save me hours needed to do that from floppies. A hardfile that I just quickly download and transfer via CF to the Amiga. I think the limit is 32MB per virtual drive... Thank you! |

If you use the janus 2.1 software and. Another download off of aminet dosserv or to that effect. It allows ou to use a partition of your chosing from hd toolbox. I just set up a 2 gig partion with dos 6.22. I will try dos 7 when I copy the disks over. 32 megs never did it for me as well the hardfile is slower.
