Can anyone please advise ????

This is probably a very basic question but i will ask anyway as i forget

An icon that executes a game comes up with this response (Enter command arguments) click ok and the game loads.
How do i get around this again or make an icon to execute it ???
Im sure i used to rectify this in Dir-Opus ???

( Note...I have to make it show all files to see it )
