A500/A600 FDD Swap/Deal/Whatever

Heya folks,

I've got an A500 FDD, but need one that'll fit inside an A600 case.

Will swap for an A600 or anything compatible FDD (I'm willing to add a little cash from my end if needed).

Also will swap for a trapdoor-fitting-type RAM expansion to suit the A600 (yes, I know I'd have to add heaps of cash from my end, but that's cool).

Anyway, let me know

PZ.

I have both: FDD and 1 MB trapdoor ram expansion for A600

Hello Fingerlickin_B,

how much money would you pay for it?

Please keep in mind, I have to send it from germany - so don't forget the delivery costs.

@ Fingerlickin_B

Have you still got the A600 expansion? How much do you want for it, including postage to the UK, or have I mis-understood, in that you are after one as well?

Cheers

Merlin

Wont A600 take A1200 floppy drives? I bet they are easier to find.

Merlin – Yeah, I’m actually after one

Alex – Yeah, I’m happy to use an A1200 FDD if any are available

Ok, I got the A600 RAM expansion by surprise...that was cool

Also scored some drives, which is doubly good

Mind you, now I've still got a spare A500 drive I can't use.

Plus I got a automatic ROM switcher to suit an A500...it specifies other single ROM models, but not the A600, so it's also surplus to my requirements.

Anyone need these items?
