No problem mate, great work on your end!!
Im currently compiling the Libretro UAE core and will try yours again as soon as it's finished. Edit - It's just started cpuemu on the libretro core, may take a little while |

Looks like headers are missing. I'll dig around. I won't be able to update for a bit though. Thanks again for help with this

No rush Im compiling Retroarch and all of the cores atm anyway.
I'll also try adding the headers from the PUAE source |

Ok, added a header file memory.h
So, I think once we get this to compile and work as expected, it may be a little bit bloated, and I won't really be able to shrink it at all since it's a conglomeration of two projects right now, but if I can find a way to get my hands on a Pi over here I may be able to trim the fat a little bit |

I managed to mess up my half compiled version, so may be a while till I update lol Edit - Ive tried to setup a cross-compile enviroment on my laptop but havent had any joy. |

Looks like it's also missing osdep/memory.h
I'll see if i can find it in one of the other repos and add it Edit - I replaced the src/include/* and src/memory.c with the files from Gnostics PUAE and it's getting a lot further, still compiling Last edited by pete_uk; 02 May 2015 at 21:39. |

Added the files to the git repo. I'm wondering if I shouldn't try this another way. Gonna sleep on this tonight and maybe fork my own project tomorrow to try another way But I'll continue this for now. Thanks again for the help pete_uk

It failed building again, I'll fire up the pi in a little while and compile locally so I can get the exact error. Need some breakfast first
Pretty sure it was the same error as we have already had previously..... |

Right, Ive done a clean git clone of your repo and the compilation isnt getting far at all - Here's the complete output - http://pastie.org/10126373
Last night I replaced all of src/inlcude with the headers from the PUAE git (https://github.com/GnoStiC/PUAE) and also swapped out memory.c I think and It got a lot further. I haven't got the complete output, but this is where it went wrong - http://pastie.org/10126375 @Ransom - Lol, You know me Edit - Ive taken a clean copy of Gnostic's PiUAE and have recreated the symlinks and added the missing files from PUAE and it seems to be going ok so far, up to cpuemu atm Last edited by pete_uk; 03 May 2015 at 12:25. |

It seems to have finished with out an error, but I cant find a binary,,,,,
I ran your build_pi.sh script twice just to make sure. Output from 2nd run - http://pastie.org/10126454 Last edited by pete_uk; 03 May 2015 at 13:10. |

Hmm...that's odd..? I've never built it successfully so I'm not really sure what that means for us lol. I'll see about getting a pi shipped out here as quick as possible to see what I can come up with.

It's in the src folder, called UAE
Here's just the binary - https://dropfile.to/zJDxD It runs and brings up the gui, I'll add some KS roms etc and see how it works. Edit - I have forked Gnostic's piUAE github and will push the changes / files I added. Last edited by pete_uk; 03 May 2015 at 14:40. |
