Amiga Store in Spain
Hi all,
Has anyone been able to reach someone at the Amiga store located in Spain via the web? I ordered some items just before the pandemic hit so I expected there to be a serious delay, but I thought Spain lifted its quarantine and things were getting back to normal there. I have left messages regarding my order a couple times and do not even get a reply. Any insight? Rick |

I ordered a Midi interface a couple of weeks ago and didn't hear anything for a week. I poked them on Friday and got an email back saying it wasn't in stock but the items had arrived that day and would be dispatched, followed by some dispatch notices.
I imagine they have a backlog to clear, but I contacted them through my account on the site rather than via email if that helps. |

I tried leaving questions in the comment section of my orders also. I don't wasn't to have to do a charge back, but I don't want to lose the money either.

Is it amigastore.eu ? There has been another thread about it recently:
http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=102483 Seems that they're having trouble keeping up. |

I placed an order there on June 16, destined for the USA, and received it on June 26.

I sent them a question about a product on june 6 and still haven't gotten a reply. Now I got a similar product from somewhere else instead. Their loss.

Update on this. The store finally contacted me and have shipped my products out. Thanks for all who responded to this thread.

I placed my first order with them a couple of weeks ago for an OS 3.1.4 ROM and disks. It was with me (in the UK) within a few days. Far better service than Amigakit, in my experience.

Just realised I never wrote anything to close this off.
Everything arrived, but there was a hole in the bottom of the packet and the terminator I ordered was missing. I sent them some pics and they sent a new one, which arrived. I keep expecting something bad to happen (which is just my experience with Amiga vendors in general) but they keep doing well. I think they had a genuine slowdown over COVID, but the overall service remains good. |
