Is there a way to easily convert DMS into ADF ? I thought thad such thing is implemented into WINUAE allready ?
Tried ADFOpus but I`m still searching for a DMS to ADF option.
And XDMS is not working.

Put dms in emulated drive df0: and empty adf to df1: and use diskcopy?

Of course Toni. Bad choice for people who want's to convert more than a handful images.

@plasmatron:

1. Start --> Ausführen ---> CMD

2. Enter the path of the dms2adf tool & dms images folder

3. Use this command: dms2adf game.dms game.adf

With Windows cli, you would.

dir d: /b >c:\hd_d.txt

in you c drive now is hd_d.txt > open it edit it so only files are there, use editor again >

Example

game 1
game 2

would become

dms2adf "d:\game 1.dms" "e:\game 1.adf"
dms2adf "d:\game 2.dms" "e:\game 2.adf"

after editing close hd_d.txt and rename it to hd_d.bat > click on it and wait until it has finished converting.
Or use a similar dms2adf amiga cli tool if there is one on the amiga os. Then use diskmaster2 or directory opus to do it on the amiga os. There could be a script/plugin to use for this somewhere. Or someone might have or make one to share with all here.

Use a simple Path for your folder with dms2adf & games, if you have problems with the use of correct Dos commands, i.e.
Code:
D:\DMS
Start with CMD
Then enter D:
Then cd dms

Or post the game and i will convert it for you.

Well in fact (IIRC) WinUAE can boot DMS images but does convert them using some external software every time...

So ADF is always preferable.
