I would recommend an upgrade to the Sony Vaio unit you listed with the following unit instead
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834117960 The reason is simple, Intel IGP still has issues with DHMI output, not just the quality but missing features as well. ATi and even most of the nVidia mobile GPU's do not have this issue. You could also look for a notebook that has even more frame buffer space but since this has HDMI already built into it, then there isn't much need to look around further unless you are looking to add a faster CPU and/or memory |
